With only 5 ingredients and a few simple steps, these little banana bites will satisfy your sweet tooth in no time. They happen to be dairy free, wheat free, gluten free and if required, vegan and refined sugar free!
And just so you know, the smell whilst they are baking in the oven is heavenly!
Cook time: 18-20 minutes
Makes: 10-12 bites

Ingredients
2 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup rolled oats (Gluten free if required)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160C (fan)
- Line a baking tray
- Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork, then mix in the rest of the ingredients stirring well.
- If mixture is quite wet, add a few more oats
- Take one tablespoon of the mixture and place on the baking tray. Repeat this stage until you have used all the mixture. *Should make 10-12 bites depending on size
- Bake for 18-20 minutes
Leave on a rack to cool before eating and enjoy!
