Celeb Style Steal: Em Rata

Emily Ratajkowski, simply known as Em Rata, is a woman after our own hearts.

Actress, model, philanthropist and style icon, she’s been getting it right since she stepped out into the spotlight in 2012 (we all remember the film clip Blurred Lines) so of course we’ve been stalking following her Instagram diligently in the hope that someday us mere mortals might be able to replicate her killer sense of style.

Someday is now, ladies.

So without further adieu, here’s three looks that we’ve put together in the good name of EM RATA.

1. DISTRESSED DENIM AND AN OFF-THE-SHOULDER BLOUSE

unnamed

Nothing says summer like donning a pair of distressed denim shorts and throwing on a white cotton blouse! We love how Em trends up this laid back look by incorporating an off the shoulder-cut blouse and round frames! Dress the outfit up or down by adding tie up sandals or Birkenstocks!

2. LACE AND DENIM

Lace and denim, the best of both worlds. Feminine and tough, sexy and comfortable, Em has just shown the world that this combo is PROBABLY what inspired the Kings of Leon to write Sex on Fire (that’s gotta be it?)

Put high waisted acid wash jeans and a lacey bralette on your Christmas list and start praying that you’ve been nice this year because Santa Claus is making a list, checking it twice then tokyo drifting over to us!

3. THE LACE-UP SHIRT

It’s no secret that Em Rata’s milkshake brings all the boys to the yard, and this season you’ll be singing the same tune in your new staple lace up shirt!

Subtly sexy while still oozing casual comfort, this look will have everyone wondering whether you’re naughty or nice! Pair with denim shorts or jeans to truly channel the Em Rata look.
