Serves: 1 serving
Recipe Benefits: Vegan, Gluten-free
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1 banana (frozen)
50g of your favourite berries (frozen)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cacao powder (optional)
Blend ingredients together until desired consistency is achieved. Add more frozen banana if you prefer a thicker smoothie bowl.
