Chia Seed Pudding

THE BOD’s Chia Seed Pudding is a perfect on-the-go snack or light, sweet treat perfect for dessert.

Chia seeds are full of protein, fibre and Omega-3 fatty acids. This nutrient-dense pudding is filling and loaded with antioxidants. Chia seeds are well known for being an accessory to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and weight loss. The high amounts of fibre absorb water and increase fullness while slowing down the absorption of food (energy for days!)

Prep time: 4 minutes

Cook time: Minimum 3 hours (best prepared overnight)

Serves: 2

Health benefits: Gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, paleo and vegan


1 cup oat milk (you can use any type of milk)

– 1 cup natural yoghurt (for dairy-free, use

coconut cream)

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

– ¼ cup chia seeds

Step one:

Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing

bowl and set aside for 5 minutes before

stirring again to separate the chia seeds.

Step two:

Pour the mixture into your favourite mason

jars, cups of bowls.

Step three:

Place in the fridge overnight to set.
