Chia Seed Pudding

THE BOD’s Chia Seed Pudding is a perfect on-the-go snack or light, sweet treat perfect for dessert.

Chia seeds are full of protein, fibre and Omega-3 fatty acids. This nutrient-dense pudding is filling and loaded with antioxidants. Chia seeds are well known for being an accessory to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and weight loss.
