Introducing your newest spring fling – the fling that will not only enhance your life but, love you in return! This delicious bowl of goodness will be your new go-to whenever you’re feeling weak and wanting to order pizza and skip the gym. Packed with fresh delicious raspberries and your choice of toppings from a fantastic list, your mornings are about to become your new fave time of the day.

Cook Time: No baking involved
Serves: 1 x smoothie bowl
Health benefits: Delicious and healthy with antioxidant-rich garnishes
1 ½ cup greek yoghurt.
1 cups frozen raspberries.
1 cup frozen blueberries.
Options for toppings:
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of pepitas
Almonds (flaked are the best)
Passionfruit (the ultimate win for the sweet tooth)
Place your yoghurt, raspberries and blueberries into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. You can also add your chia seeds into this initial step to blend them through the smoothie.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and make flat with a spoon or knife.
This is the fun part. If you’re feeling extra hungry, adding granola to the top is always my go-to. I am quite creative so I like to make a range of designs with mine – however, it doesn’t change the delicious taste at all – so add your toppings in any way that you wish!
Shredded coconut is the best way to lift and enhance your smoothie bowl and can add a bit of a crunch! I would select around five of the toppings above at the most – this way you will get a great idea of what you love and what you could swap the next time to make the recipe right for you!
