We’ve teamed up with Yoga+Sculpt to bring you this week’s #WellnessWednesday Deep Stretches video, a flow to give your biggest muscles some tender loving care. It’s easy to forget about your hip and leg areas, seeing as we use them every day. With this flow, you’ll be able to stretch the deepest parts of them and feel even better. All it takes is 5 – 10 minutes.

Downward facing dog (to 3 leg downdog)
Lizard pose
Pidgeon pose
Shoelace pose
Butterfly groin stretch
Feel free to hold these poses for as long as you need to, to get the best stretch possible.
