If you’re a porridge girl through and through, then you need to try this vanilla coconut oats bowl!
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- ½ banana, mashed
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- In a saucepan, place all ingredients and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat to lower and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Pour into a bowl and serve.
- Top with fruit, nuts and raw chocolate.
