Vanilla Coconut Oats Bowl

If you’re a porridge girl through and through, then you need to try this vanilla coconut oats bowl!

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder


  1. In a saucepan, place all ingredients and bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to lower and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Pour into a bowl and serve.
  4. Top with fruit, nuts and raw chocolate.
