A sweet snack that absolutely kills it in terms of flavour and nutrition. So quick and easy to whip up!
1 cup almond meal
1 tbsp tahini
¼ cup macadamias (or other nut)
1/3 cup cacao
6 medjool dates, soaked in hot water
1 tbsp pure maple syrup (or honey)
1 tbsp mesquite (or else add 1 tbsp buckwheat flour)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
Desiccated coconut, for rolling
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until combined.
Roll into balls.
Cover in desiccated coconut.
