Apple Macadamia Pancakes

An absolute killer combo and a nutritiously filling breakfast option! DELISH! 
Ingredients
1 cup macadamias
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
2 organic, free-range eggs
¼ cup buckwheat flour
¼ cup coconut milk
1 granny smith apple, grated
1 tsp cinnamon 
In a high-speed blender, blend the macadamias. Pulse until fairly smooth. The mixture will be quite moist.

In a bowl add all ingredients and mix until well combined.

Grease a frypan with coconut oil over medium heat and cook, allowing to bubble slightly before flipping.

Enjoy with maple syrup, honey or whatever sauce you desire!
